Spring skiing!

Easter weekend I went skiing with my friend Emma. It was 84 degrees outside and it was VERY sunny. It was fun skiing because I skied with no coat!!!

Alpacas

My favorite animal is an Alpaca. I like Alpacas because they're fluffy, soft. Did I mention they spit?? Well they do and those are the reasons that I like Alpacas.

Catamount

My house is on the same street as Catamount Outdoor Family Center. I like living on the same street as it because I can just walk or bike or even run there.

Trumpet

Our school has band lessons starting at fourth grade. I am in fourth grade and I am playing the trumpet for an instrument. I think band teacher is really nice!!!!!!!!!!! My band group is nice, but they are all boys and they can get wound up a bit!! I don't think I will be continuing to have band practice, but I will still be playing the trumpet.

My cat

I have a cat named Tornado. She is a little over weight, but I still lover her. She is about 2 and a half years old. She did have a sister but she ran away. I don't know what type of cat she is, but she is still very cute.

Peru

My older sister Maya is in Peru right now!!!!! She is doing a semester abroad in Peru. Over the summer I will be visiting her and seeing all the cool stuff in Peru. Well i think I will be doing a lot of blogging then so keep reading :)

Mary Poppins

In February I went to the Mary Poppins the Broadway showing with my Nana, sister and my mom. At the gift shop I got an umbrella that looked like the one that Mary Poppins had in the movie and play.I thought that the play was A LOT different then the movie because they left out the kite song and they added some stuff so I got kinda mad about that. But it was good anyways:).

Snow Treasure

In my class we are reading a book called Snow Treasure. The book is based it Riswyk, Norway. The time is in the 1940s and it is a school full of children trying to save their countries money on sleds and trying to get passed the Nazis. The children in the school are trying to take $27,000 in American money to America to keep it safe from the Nazis.

Ski Trip

On Friday the the 19th our elementary school Ski and Ride program did a trip to Sugarbush(a ski place). At Sugarbush we got into groups and just skiied with a grown up.

My family

I have 2 sisters. Both of my sisters are older than me. One of my sisters likes to run, play soccer and is on a high school Nordic team(Cross Country). My other sister used to play soccer but then stopped because she tore both of her ACLs playing it. My dad likes to bike and tele ski. My mom likes to do yoga and Cross Country ski. I have one cat and she is 2 years old, her name is Tornado.

Jump Rope for Heart

On Friday the 26th the elementary schools in my town did something called Jump Rope for Heart. In Jump Rope for Heart you raise money for the American Heart Association and then jump rope for 3 hours.
